What we do not do
Boundaries matter more than promises: what we do not build ourselves is better taken through a partner than faked as in-house competence.
We do not replace process control
Process control stays with existing systems. We work one layer above: accounting, balance, forecasting and reporting.
We do not build a mining GIS from scratch
A general-purpose mine planning system represents forty years of domain development. We integrate with it rather than compete.
We do not manufacture instruments
Sensors, weighing equipment and imagery come through specialist partners. The platform ingests the data and answers for its interpretation.
Which loop to close first?
That is settled during the survey: we look at where the discrepancy is largest and where data already exists. The accounting loop usually goes first — it produces the figure everything else relies on.
